Store Policies
Shipping Times
We generally package and ship all orders once a week, during the weekend. After placing your order, it will be marked as pending until it is carefully packaged and ready to go. Once the order has shipped, you will be notified via e-mail and provided with a tracking number. Usually, U.S. orders arrive 3-5 business days after being shipped and international orders arrive within 2 weeks or longer. (Please keep in mind shipping times may take longer than usual due to delays related to the pandemic.)
Sizing
All apparel will be unisex unless stated otherwise. The sizing generally reflects typical US measurements, but please review the size chart for the specific item to ensure you choose the size that you are looking for.
Returns & Refunds
Orbital Bloom does not offer returns. Refunds will be provided only for products with manufacturing defects or before your item has been shipped out.
Exchanges
We'd be happy to exchange sizes within 14 days of the order delivery date, given the size requested is still in stock. We ask that the customer covers the return shipping cost. Upon receiving the returned item, we will ship out the replacement the same week and provide a new tracking number. The item cannot appear/smell used with any signs of wear or stains. If the item received appears to be used, the used item will be sent back. To inquire about an exchange, please contact: OrbitalBloom@gmail.com.
Final Sale Items
There are some items that we will not accept returns/refunds or exchanges for. For instance, all masks are final sale, regardless of the product's condition.

- Disclosure for a business purpose: shared with our processor Shopify.
- Examples of Personal Information collected: name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (including credit card numbers, email address, and phone number.
- Purpose of collection: to provide products or services to you to fulfill our contract, to process your payment information, arrange for shipping, and provide you with invoices and/or order confirmations, communicate with you, screen our orders for potential risk or fraud, and when in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.
- Source of collection: collected from you.
- Disclosure for a business purpose: shared with our processor Shopify and shipping app Pirate Ship.
Sharing Personal Information
We share your Personal Information with service providers to help us provide our services and fulfill our contracts with you, as described above. For example:
